There will be fees for time expended to collect and repeat offenders will no longer be allowed to bid online. Checks without Bank Letter will be accepted, but may be held until checks clear, and/or credit has been established with Bay Area Auction Services, Inc. Wire transfer will also be accepted. (D) If any disputes arise between two or more bidders, the auctioneer may decide the same, or may immediately put the item up for sale, and sell to the highest bidder. The decision of the auctioneer shall be final and absolute. 4. Persons attending during exhibition, sale or removal of goods assume all risks of damage or loss to person and property and specifically release the auctioneer from liability therefore.
