Description
This will be a cataloged sale with online pre-bidding TWO SEPARATE AUCTIONS in one session. Starting with the folk art and then moving into the lifelong collection of the miniature guns. Folk Art starting at 5:00 PM: Amazing life long collection of Historic American Folk Art, Primitive, Black Americana & Artisan pieces including hand carved & primitive dolls, Whirligig, Jointed, antique from New England to Appalachian to Southern. Including Nancy Wilson, Judy Brown, Antique Museum Reproductions by B. Shackman, Silhouette Spindle, TMC Originals, Also hand painted furniture, accessories, signs, Many with original clothing. Dolls from the smallest to the larger sized. This will be a cataloged sale with on line pre-bidding. Miniature Guns starting around 6:00 PM: This collection consists of scale working models by American, German & Italian Manf., to include cap guns, wood, metal, frame sets and plastic detailed replicas. Armament sets depicting militaria & sporting firearms from around the globe. 19th Century to present day will be offered in multi-gun lots & collector quantities. These are not toy guns but rather detailed adult replicas.
Conditions of Auction All Properties are being sold as-is and where-is in every way. All information given is from sources believed to be correct, but is not guaranteed. Buyers are best advised to rely entirely on their own information, judgments and inspection of the articles and bid accordingly. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increment they feel is in the best interest of the auction, and the auctioneer reserves the right to stop the bidding if he feels a person's conduct, actions, or adverse comments are not in the best interest of the auction. In the case of a tie bid, the auctioneer may, at his discretion, re-open the auction between the top 2 bidders, and should a tie occur between a left bid and a floor bid, the bid will go to the floor. All announcements from the Auction Block shall take precedence over any printed or otherwise announced statements. Terms of Sale Approved payment types include cash, check (upon approval,) and credit/debit cards when available. All sales are subject to Florida Sales Tax unless a current Florida Certificate of Resale is on file or a signed copy is presented on the day of the auction. The buyer agrees to pay a 12% buyers premium (day of sale: 10% BP if paying cash or check) Purchased items are to be paid for, and removed from, the auction site the day of the auction unless announced differently from the block. Neither the Auctioneer nor the Consignor is responsible for the delivery of purchased items, and are not liable for any personal injury on the premises where the auction is held. All sales are final. The buyer agrees, upon registration, to all terms and conditions of the sale. Dudley's Auction is not responsible for the delivery of purchased items. All winning bids placed here will be paid with the credit card used to register.
Shipping is handled on a case-by-case basis. We use USPS flat rate boxes where we may, and we simply charge whatever USPS dictates: we make no money on shipping charges. On occation for larger/fragile items we also use a local shipping company: Lordco (352) 637-1699.
